What happens to what you send us.
The contact form
When you send a message through /contact, we collect your
name, work email, company (if you give it), the topic you chose, and your message
(an old /talk-to-us link now redirects here, carrying the topic across).
We use it only to read and reply to your enquiry and, where relevant,
to route it to the right person at solara.associates. We do not sell it, and we do
not use it for advertising.
It is sent to our intake system, hosted in Europe (London, europe-west2),
and held there as the record of the conversation for as long as we reasonably need it
to respond and keep track of what was discussed.
Analytics
We use Umami to count page views and clicks (for example, which button you pressed, not what you typed). It never receives your name, email address, or the text of any message or field. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by writing to info@solara.associates.
